Is the Meet and Greet Assessment required?

Yes, prior to coming in for daycare or boarding, we require an assessment of your pup to make sure they will get along with other furry friends in our care. This is a great way to meet our staff, check us out and ask any questions you may have. Learn more about our Meet and Greet assessment here.

What vaccinations are required for my pup to stay at Wooforia?

Proof of current vaccinations and a report of overall good health from your vet (Rabies, DHPP, bordetella shots, negative stool/heartworm report) is required.  All pups must be on year-round flea and tick control such as Frontline.

Do I need to bring my dog on a leash?

Yes!  We require that all pups are on a leash both in our parking lot and in our lobby.

What boarding options are available?

We offer overnight, weekend and extended stay boarding

What do I need to bring for overnight boarding?

Please bring the following:

  • Food with feeding instructions (Otherwise Wooforia can provide)

  • Treats (Otherwise Wooforia can provide)

Does your staff stay overnight with pups?

Yes, staff will always be present when pups are in the building.

​

What holidays is Wooforia closed?

Wooforia's daycare will be closed on New Years Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.  We can provide boarding with a 48 hour notice.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans change. We ask that you contact us 48 hours prior to your reservation to cancel. Fees may apply if we don’t have time to fill the vacancy.

Do daycare packages expire?

Daycare packages are non-refundable and all unused daycare days expire after 2 years from date of purchase.
